What counts as an active working day?

  • An active day is a day when an additional team member performs qualifying clinic work in CliniTech.
  • For doctors, qualifying assigned visits or other qualifying clinic activity can count.
  • For receptionists, assistants and administrators, creating or updating qualifying clinic records and other recorded clinic activity can count.
  • Multiple qualifying actions on the same day still represent one active day.
  • Simply signing in does not count as an active day.
