CliniTech is a clinic management software service. Clinics generally use the service during a billing period and are billed afterward based on their applicable plan and actual billable usage.
Payments processed through Paddle are subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions.
14-day refund and withdrawal period
Customers may request cancellation and a refund within 14 days of a Paddle transaction, subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, Paddle's Refund Policy, applicable law, and any applicable exceptions.
Where applicable consumer-protection laws provide a statutory right of withdrawal, including a 14-day cancellation period, those rights will apply.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights.
How to request a refund
For payments processed by Paddle, customers may request a refund through the Paddle customer portal, through the link provided in their transaction receipt, or through Paddle's buyer support service.
Customers may also contact CliniTech support, and we will assist with the request where appropriate.
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method where possible.
Service usage and billing
CliniTech generally bills clinics after the applicable service period. The amount due may vary from month to month because billing can depend on the clinic's plan, number of billable users, actual active working days, and other applicable usage rules.
Clinics are shown the final invoice amount before proceeding to Paddle checkout. The amount charged through Paddle therefore reflects the actual issued invoice and may differ from example or headline prices displayed on the public pricing page.
Cancellation
Where recurring billing applies, cancellation prevents future charges in accordance with the applicable billing terms. Cancellation does not restrict any statutory withdrawal or refund rights that may apply.
